You may have a situation where you need to download multiple content items (for example, if you need to download content for an entire case).
Download all content items
From a case, a person, or an organization, click the Content tab or click View finished content above the Finished content panel.
Click Download all to download all content items in the list. If you first filtered the list by using the search bar or the date/content type/redacted filters, you'll only download the filtered list.
When the download is ready, a red badge will appear on the bell icon in the toolbar, also known as the notification center (see All about the notification center). Click the notification center to access the download.
Note: The download will appear as a ZIP file of all the content items. This ZIP file is only available for two hours.Click the Download ready title of the notification and access the ZIP file from your browser.
Download selected content items
From a case, a person, or an organization, click the Content tab or click View finished content above the Finished content panel. You can select multiple individual content items or all the visible content items on the page.
To select individual content items to download
To select individual content items to download, click the checkbox to the left of each item.
Click Download selected. The number of items selected for download will display within the parenthesis.

To select all visible content items to download
Click Select all visible content items to select the visible content items on the page. If you first filtered the list by using the search bar or the date/content type/redacted filters, you'll only select the items on the filtered list.
