When you click on a collaborator from the case overview page, you can manage the content shared with them.
You can share finished or in-progress content (forms) with a collaborator. Once shared, the collaborator will receive an email with a link to the item.
Shared content
To manage shared content, in the Shared content section, click Manage shared content to add or remove content from the collaborator's view.
When you delete the content or case, disconnect the case from the content, or remove the content from the collaborator's view, the collaborator will no longer have access to it.
Shared forms
To manage shared forms, you'll need to access the form you want to share and click the Share with collaborator button (to share the form) or take back edit control of the form. For more information, see Sharing a form.
If a collaborator updates a form you've shared with them, you'll see a blue border around the fields they edited. These borders will only appear when you take back edit control of the form.
