Introducing a collaborator to Traverse Connect

Agency workers: This article is written for the collaborators you add to cases. You can send them this article to help them get started.


If you've been invited to Traverse, an agency worker has asked you to work with content (static documents) or fillable forms on a case. Now you can share and receive these items in a secure system.

You'll receive an automated email with a link* to set your password. Once you click that link, follow these steps to get into Traverse:

  1. Enter a password in the top field.

  2. Reenter the password in the bottom field.

  3. Click the arrow button. You're in Traverse!

*The link expires after it's clicked, or after 5 days if it's not clicked. For single sign-on users, this link will prompt you to enter those credentials.

After you access your Traverse account for your first case, agency workers can add you to more cases. Your Traverse account is a long-term connection to the agency and any work you typically share.
