With the Work sharing feature access, you can access other workers' workspaces. You can reassign their incomplete work items to yourself or other workers (recipients), or you can act on those work items.

You can always reassign your own incomplete work items from your workspace. Just click View details next to any incomplete work item, then click Reassign.

If your agency uses workflows (see All about work items), you can't see unassigned items in a workflow on another user's workspace, just the work items assigned to them within that workflow. You can, however, see all work items in a workflow when you view that workflow from your own workspace, which will show unassigned and assigned items. Just use the All filter within the list of work items.

Finding another worker's workspace

From your workspace, which you can always access from the briefcase icon in the top toolbar, click Change workspace underneath your name.

Search for the worker in the Find a workspace panel and save them to your list with the + Add to saved button if you'd like to return to their workspace later.

Reassigning another worker's work items

Once you've entered another worker's workspace (indicated by their name in the workspace), you can reassign their incomplete work items. Within a work items list, click View details next to any incomplete work item. (The Work item details window will appear.) Then click Reassign.

In the Reassign a work item window that appears, you can change the work item status, due date, flagged status, and comment, then select the worker you'd like to receive the work item.

If you see a custom workflow listed (not My Work), you can reassign it to a worker with access to that workflow, or you can check the Route to workflow as unassigned box so that anyone with access to the workflow can reassign it. Unassigned work items will appear in the Unassigned filter within your workspace's workflow filter.

Click Save in the Reassign a work item window to complete the reassignment.
