Please note: To see the reports mentioned below, your system administrator will need to add the Basic reports feature access to your group.

To help you see how Traverse is used in your agency, you can access 15 basic reports based on your agency's data. More reports will be available if your agency purchased expanded or custom reports.

Here's how to access Traverse® Reports:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of Traverse and select Reports.
    A login page opens.

  2. Log in with your Traverse credentials.
    A welcome page appears.

  3. Follow the instructions on this welcome page to navigate to, save, and export data from reports. You can sort and filter in the reports to drill into the information you want to see.

To use the Audit Events by Entity report

  1. In Traverse, navigate to a case/person/organization or content item (an "entity").

  2. In the address bar of your web browser, copy the series of numbers and letters at the end of the URL. This alphanumeric string is the "entity ID" that Traverse® Reports uses to identify your entity.

  3. In the report, paste the entity ID into the Entity ID field and press Enter on your keyboard. Audit events should appear for your entity.
