Traverse training videos can be found at Northwoods University, the learning platform for Northwoods products.
Note: Your Northwoods University account is different than your Traverse user account. You will have a separate password for your Northwoods University account.
To get started:
Go to Northwoods University and log in (your credentials are different than your Traverse account).
If you have not already created a Northwoods University account you will need to create one.
To create an account click the Sign up here! link.
Complete the necessary information and click the Create account button. You will receive an activation email.
Click the link in the activation email to confirm your email address and log in to Northwoods University. The activation link will expire in 24 hours.
Once logged into Northwoods University click the Catalog link in the left pane.
Click the + button on the courses you want to add.
After clicking the + button to get the course you will see a message that you enrolled successfully. The course is now available in the My training section.
Click the My training link in the left pane to see the training you are enrolled in.
Click the Start button to begin the training.
Use the Next button in the top right and the table of contents in the left pane to navigate the training course, following the course instructions.
