If you've accidentally deleted data on an in-progress or finished form in Traverse, the Traverse specialists at Northwoods can help.
From the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of Traverse, click Live support > Send us a message. Send the team a message and include the form name, when you deleted the data, and any case/person/organization connections. A Traverse specialist will be able to retrieve your data.
Northwoods cannot recover deleted content items, including entire finished forms. If you delete a finished form, Northwoods can recover data from the finished form but not the content item that was deleted.
