The Traverse app on your tablet automatically syncs with the Traverse web application at a predetermined interval.* However, you may encounter a situation where you need to send or receive information immediately. In that case, you can sync your tablet manually.
*This process happens while the Traverse app is open.
To sync your tablet manually
Tap the Status button on the left side of the screen.
Tap the Sync Now button on the right side of the screen.
Traverse pulls new information from the Traverse web application and pushes new or changed information from your tablet back to the Traverse web application.
