You can email content items from the tablet to people outside Traverse. The steps are a little different on iPads and Windows tablets (see below).
To email content items from iPads
Navigate to the content item you want to share.
Long press the content item.
The content item is selected.
Tap the Share button under the Content tab.
Select your email app from the list of available apps.
The content item is attached to the email with the name of the content type in the file name.Fill out the rest of the email and send.
To email multiple content items, long press a content item, then select the circles on the left side of each content item that you want to email. The content items must be downloaded in order to be selected.
To email content items from Windows tablets
Navigate to the content item you want to share.
Long press (or right click) the content item.
The content item is selected.
Tap the Email or Share button under the Content tab.
The Email button will open Microsoft Outlook if it's installed. The Share button will allow you to open another app if needed.Fill out the rest of the email and send.
To email multiple content items, long press (or right click) a content item, then select the boxes on the left side of each content item that you want to email. The content items must be downloaded in order to be selected.
