Connect content items added from the main Traverse screen without connections.

If you save a content item without connections, the content item will be added to a list of unconnected content items. You can add connections when you view the content item, in the panel to the right of the content item.

Content items won't be removed from the list of unconnected content items until their connections sync. They'll appear in the web application after you sync, in a content panel on the user overview page (blue header).

Here's how you connect a content item from the list of unconnected content items:

  1. Tap the To Do button on the left side of the screen.

  2. Tap the Unconnected Items tab.

  3. Tap the content item you want to connect to a case, person, or organization.

  4. In the panel to the right of the content item, tap the pencil icon next to Connections.

    The Manage Connections screen appears.

  5. Tap Connect next to a name from the left-hand side of the screen to add a connection. You may need to use the search feature if no names appear under Suggestions.
    The connection is added to the content item. If you want to remove a connection, you can tap the minus icon next to that name.

  6. Tap Done.
