Record video in the field to connect to a case, client, or service provider.

When you add a video recording from a case, person, or organization, it'll be connected to that case/person/organization. When you add a video recording from the main Traverse screen, it won't be connected to anything, but you can connect the video file to a case, person, or organization later.

  1. Tap the plus icon on the left side of the screen.

  2. Tap Record Video. You may need to allow Traverse to access the camera.

  3. Select a content type for the video recording.
    The tablet's camera opens.

  4. To start the recording, tap the shutter button.

  5. To stop the recording, tap the shutter button again.
    The recording stops, and the video file is saved and added as a content item.
