Traverse allows you to send a batch of users welcome emails. These welcome emails allow users to set their passwords and enter Traverse at the same time.
To get started, click the gear icon in the top right corner of Traverse and select User Management.
The user management overview page displays a searchable list of your agency's users, with each user's information displayed in their row.
In the Users panel, click the badge icons of the users you want to email. The users you select will not be cleared when you navigate the paginated list.

The users you select appear in the Selected panel. You can deselect users in either panel. You can also check the Select all visible items box in the Users panel to select all items on your current page's list.Click Send Welcome Email to send the welcome email to all selected users. This email includes a link for users to set their passwords. Welcome emails will not be sent to deactivated users.
Note: Welcome emails expire after 5 days.
