Once you've downloaded cases to your tablet, you can view more information about those cases and the people and organizations connected to them.
To view more information about a case
From the case overview screen, tap More Info in the top right corner.
The Detailed Information screen appears, and you can view more information about the case.
Optional - Tap the maps icon next to the Addresses field to launch a maps application with the case's address entered. This icon only appears if an address is listed for the case.
To view more information about a person
From the case overview screen, tap the person whose information you want to view in the side panel.
Tap More Info in the top right corner. You may need to close the side panel first.
The Detailed Information screen appears, and you can view more information about the person.
Optional - Tap Add Profile Photo to add a profile photo for the person from your tablet's photo library. Any photos associated to a person will be visible when others download the case.
Optional - Tap the maps icon next to the Addresses field to launch a maps application with the person's address entered. This icon only appears if an address is listed for the person.
To view more information about an organization
From the case overview screen, tap the organization whose information you want to view in the side panel.
Tap More Info in the top right corner. You may need to close the side panel first.
The Detailed Information screen appears, and you can view more information about the organization.
Optional - Tap the maps icon next to the Addresses field to launch a maps application with the organization's address entered. This icon only appears if an address is listed for the organization.
