You may need to hide other cases for a period of time. For example, you may want your client to see only their case when you go on a home visit. The Focus button allows you to focus on a specific case without exposing details about other cases (focus mode).

  1. Navigate to a case overview screen, or navigate to a person or organization overview screen from the case overview screen.
โ€‹The Focus button does not appear on every screen in Traverse, just the screens listed above.

  2. Tap the Focus button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

The Cases, To Do, and Status buttons and Cases tab are disabled so that you can focus on the selected case.

  3. To leave focus mode, tap the In Focus button in the same location. You will be prompted to enter your organization name. This name can be found in the bottom left corner of Traverse. It's typically your county and state abbreviation.
