Download a case to your tablet regardless of whether you're an assigned worker for that case.

When you first log in to mobile, you'll have to choose cases to download to your tablet. You'll be able to download cases that were assigned to you in web, or you can search for other cases to download.

You can access your downloaded cases from the main Traverse screen—just tap the Cases button on the left. Note that you'll have to download content items in the case individually if you want to view them.


To download a case assigned to you

You need to be on the main Traverse screen to download a case.

  1. Tap Manage Synced Cases in the top right corner to open the Manage Cases screen.

  2. Tap Add a Case.

  3. Tap Show My Open Cases.
    Cases should appear on the screen. If no cases appear, make sure you (1) have cases listed in your user's Cases tab in web, (2) see the correct organization name in the bottom left corner of the main Traverse screen, and (3) have tapped Show My Open Cases in the step above.

  4. Next to the case or cases you want to download to the tablet, tap Add.
    The case(s) download to your tablet, and you can use Traverse during the download.

  5. Optional - To cancel the download, tap Cancel next to the case(s) whose download you want to cancel.

  6. Tap Done to return to the Manage Cases screen.
    The status of each case you selected to download appears.

  7. Tap Done again to return to the main Traverse screen, which now displays the case(s) you downloaded.


To download a case not assigned to you

You need to be on the main Traverse screen to download a case.

  1. Tap Manage Synced Cases in the top right corner to open the Manage Cases screen.

  2. Tap Add a Case.

  3. In the search bar, type your search criteria (such as primary or secondary case number or a member name).

  4. Tap the magnifying glass icon.
    A list of case results appears.

  5. Next to the case or cases you want to download to the tablet, tap Add.
    The case(s) download to your tablet, and you can use Traverse during the download.

  6. Optional - To cancel the download, tap Cancel next to the case(s) whose download you want to cancel.

  7. Tap Done to return to the Manage Cases screen.
    The status of each case you selected to download appears.

  8. Tap Done again to return to the main Traverse screen, which now displays the case(s) you downloaded.
